Morning and Evening IOP
IOP means structured group and individual treatment while you keep living at home, working, and caring for your family. We run two tracks:
Morning IOP
Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM; Monday and Wednesday in person, Tuesday and Thursday virtual. Attendance is based on your treatment plan.
Evening IOP
Monday through Wednesday, 6:00 to 9:00 PM; Monday in person, Tuesday and Wednesday virtual. Built for people who work during the day. Can I keep my job while in treatment?

Treatment is for adults 18+. A clinical assessment determines the right level — and if you need a level we don't provide (like detox or residential), we'll say so and help you find it.
