Diamond Counseling Center is a short drive from downtown New Brunswick, on Route 27 in North Brunswick. We provide day and evening IOP, outpatient counseling, and substance use evaluations for adults 18 and older. Evaluations within 3 business days; admissions within 1 week. We serve clients from across all of Middlesex County.

Programs & Services
Outpatient addiction treatment for adults — drug and alcohol — with day and evening options.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For adults 18 and older. Morning IOP Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Evening IOP is a hybrid program based at our North Brunswick office: Monday in person, Tuesday and Wednesday virtual, 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Typically 12 weeks, with length based on clinical need.
Outpatient Counseling
Individual therapy for substance use at a lower intensity — a fit for milder concerns or as a step down from IOP.

Partial Care
Licensed adult substance use Partial Care, generally three hours a day, up to five days a week, in person or virtual when clinically appropriate. Partial Care is not partial hospitalization (PHP). Coverage and authorization are verified for each client.
Substance Use Evaluations
Court-ordered and employer-required evaluations. Evaluations within 3 business days; reports usually provided the same day or next business day.
Telehealth
Virtual IOP for New Jersey residents (weekly in-person visit for urine screening).
