What Partial Care Is
Partial Care is a licensed, structured outpatient level of care for adults with substance use disorders. It is generally three hours a day, up to five days a week. Diamond's Partial Care is not partial hospitalization (PHP).
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are available to Diamond clients through our collaborating psychiatric nurse practitioner. Diamond Counseling Center does not provide medication assisted treatment or medication services itself; when medication is clinically indicated, we coordinate a referral and share information only with your written consent.
How It Works
Sessions are held at our North Brunswick office, or virtually when clinically appropriate. Friday sessions can be added when needed.
Your level of care is determined by a clinical evaluation.
Who It Is For
Adults 18 and older with substance use disorders, including adults with co-occurring mental health conditions when clinically appropriate.
