Flexible Support for Long-Term Success
Our Outpatient Program provides ongoing therapeutic support for individuals who have completed IOP or those who need a less intensive level of care from the start.
Outpatient treatment is individualized based on clinical need and the treatment plan. Some clients may receive individual counseling only, while others may participate in both individual and group treatment. Frequency is determined by clinical need. It's the bridge between intensive treatment and independent recovery.
Sessions focus on maintaining the progress you've made, addressing new challenges as they arise, and building the long-term skills needed for sustained recovery.
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are available to Diamond clients through our collaborating psychiatric nurse practitioner. Diamond Counseling Center does not provide medication assisted treatment or medication services itself; when medication is clinically indicated, we coordinate a referral and share information only with your written consent.
