If a court, probation officer, attorney or caseworker asked you to get a mental health assessment, Diamond Counseling Center provides an assessment and a written report at our North Brunswick office. You do not need to join a program or enroll in treatment.

Before you book
When you call, tell us who asked for the assessment and what they asked for, so we can confirm we can meet the request. Employer requests are reviewed at intake before booking; an assessment is not a fitness for duty determination.
How soon can I be seen?
Evaluations within 3 business days.
Your report
You receive a written report, signed by the clinician who conducts your assessment and by the clinical supervisor who reviews it. The report is released after you sign a release naming who receives it.
Cost
Standalone assessments are private pay. We give you the fee by phone before you book.
